In the list of packages, find “WiSRules”. (This is to make it check the newly added source for updates!) 
Click “Ok”, three times, then “Finished”. On the Game Selection screen, click “Find Updates”. In order to get these rules into Hero Lab, you will need to set up a source, as follows: Weapon Focus (ray) now applies to all kinetic blasts (including Kinetic Blade and Kinetic Whip).
